1. Cancellations
No cancellations are allowed after payment confirmation. Once you complete your purchase and receive payment confirmation, your enrollment is final and cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in case of duplicate payments or billing errors. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase, please contact us immediately.

- Duplicate charges for the same course
- Technical billing errors from our payment processor

🕒 Refund Processing Timeline: 5–7 Business Days
Once your refund request is approved and processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that the exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
3. Payment Gateway
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. SkillArche does not store any card information, banking details, or sensitive payment data on our servers.

Your payment information is never stored on SkillArche servers.
